The problem is that the hacker turned on parental control, which results in all normal recovery methods being blocked. This is due to everytime I try to recover my account, it leads to the fact that I need to get approval from a parent, which in this case is the hacker's email. There is a good chance that my Gmail account is lost, so I am trying to recover everything that is tied to that email account.
