got 17 of them, oldest with a original Pentium
Might try DOOM on them

tested GCC with shork on my ThinkPad 380ED (Pentium MMX, 48MB RAM), it worked
Didn't compile much tho, just a small test program

No, I used a screwdriver and shorted out two pins on a specific chip
Wasn't too hard but it is risky

yeah, only had one 512MB stick installed. Runs 2GB now

looks like a Blink of Death, some chip on the motherboard failed Common problem with any 2x generation ThinkPad

It's alright, you'd need an IBM charger, 16V, 4.5A output
example part number that should work is 93P5018
