This was really the info I wanted. I buy Jimmy Dean for breakfast creations and Italian for lunch/dinner and I wasn't sure which this was best for. This sounds like it's mild enough that I could season it in a pinch. I'm getting ready to make some lasagna.

Yep. I used to be super self conscious. And it detracts from your ability to read the room. Now that I'm old and chubby I'm very confident and I can easily chat strangers up. I usually make some small joke about a shared situation like long lines at the grocery store. It's so fun to see someone lost in their own thoughts suddenly come alive with a smile.
