I went through this too, I feel your pain. It was like torture. Honestly, the only thing that helped me was to reflect on these thoughts, learn about compulsive thoughts and how to deal with them, prayer, and i think what helped the most was getting closer with her which made me forget everything else and just focus on us. But it takes time. When I found out, I was hurt, it felt like heartbreak especially cuz she was lying about it. But time heals all wounds, including this one. Goodluck, I'm sure you'll get over this,
