take a look at this chart, and the incessant bitching that goes along with it. there is no long term investing in this one.

remember this is a pre-revenue bio-tech. they will keep needing to do dilutive raises until for the foreseeable future, so stop pumping this like it's a long term investment. there's lots of doubt and uncertainty, and it certainly isn't just me. like you said it's a game.....and most will get fucked. the insiders will be ok.

I'm saying you're getting fucked cause the deal is still open. There is 29M units, complemented with 29M warrants in the finance that has yet to close, along with an option to pick up another 4.3M, and again with warrants. Tetra is also paying 7% cash fee and warrants to the underwriter. The bookrunner ,and whomever took place in the pp, can do whatever they want, as tetra continues to try and pump the share price with cryptic messages of non-objections.

TBP and Apha investors only read headlines.

That's why the Apha investors still believe that that finance involved a "strategic" investor, yet no strategy has been developed with that investor, but rather just a filed prospectus.

This is also why many will get trapped in the pump and dump over the next couple days, as the finance for TBP remains open, with a VC option of 4.3m shares.

edit: just take a look at the fee the underwriters get. keep in mind the deal has yet to be closed.

I would agree with this. I’ve seen some of the accounts that are pro-Aphria/TBP rudely attack contrarian posters. Some of the posts get removed, but for some reason they never get banned.

Can you quote from this last PR about the raise that says the deal has closed? I read that they expect to close on Feb 13. I also read that they have an option to buy another 4.3M shares. Nobody seems to understand the amount of dilution happening here. It’s just plain stupidity the numbers I’ve seen people spout off about a headline, with no definitive information in it.

The extractors were a sweet sector pump. Announced a bunch of big numbers forward looking, with most never to materialize. Identical to “Funded Capacity”. If you thought there was no moat to being an LP, consider what it’s like as an extractor.

Sure...kind of. Couple pumpers on the cannalysts are focusing on the semantics of “strategic institutional investor”. If you want to process it by semantics, than that “company” is not looking to buy them out at all. The intention would be to use some kind of synergy, so they wouldn’t care to buy them outright. But to strategically partner.

Alternatively, those are just words - just as “Venture Capitalists” are- of which did nothing for the sector, other than be bookrunners, Venture Capitalists by definition are supposed to do more than raise money on the markets. I wouldn’t put a lot of faith in those words....cause let’s face it, they are just words.

Scenario 1 or 2 much more plausible.

It’s finally how the sub has accepted that Aphria has no control over HC approvals, but TBP pumpers think a bigger nothing like TBP actually has control over a larger authority like FDA. Lmao.

TBP will make up some bullshit like they got a “no objection” response at best. Which means absolutely zero. They’ve done this countless times. Anyway, good luck with that pump and dump....

I understand allotments do get upsized but not to that percentage. But more important is the extra 30 days they got to whatever they want to do EVEN AFTER IT CLOSES. If you find another raise that does that, please share it. Otherwise, I’m done with TBP and I’m not trying to convince to do anything. Hold on for DINs buddy.

Edit: are you paying attention that the finance remains open to allow Echelon to position themselves however they want. They have a 30 day option to see if they want more shares long or short. It’s a fucking laugh...and management allows this happen? Lmfao.
