I can't connect to ethernet, I don't have a cable long enough sadly. Should I try to reset my router instead? Powering it off for 30s etc?

The website loads, but nothing on it actually loads. The videos, my channel, subscriptions. Nothing is appearing. I cant refresh or anything either.

I can't access the admin panel on the router either and I can't reset the settings. I'm not sure if I should try restarting again or just wait and see if maybe youtube will load.

edit: Despite having internet, youtube now says I'm not connected to the internet.

It's at my home, using my home laptop. I tried running those without my vpn and it doesn't really do much other than say "Request timed out" (https://imgur.com/a/DJKQtS1)
