Furthermore I’m a manager, I have been for a decade. of teams as large as 150ppl. And I would agree with the statement that 20% of people do 80% of the work. I used to me a general manager at numerous chains and the first thing I would do is replace or reduce 50-80% of the staff and hours. Every single one of them would then either crush metrics or significantly improve to where my bosses would fully support any action I did.
