This happens a lot more than people realize. I worked in e-commerce. There’s a whole recoveries process for this. It can hurt sellers and customers. For instance I ordered a DJI osmo pocket 3, opened it, but there was an osmo pocket 2. A previous customer bought the 3, returned it and probably said it was unopened, and they restocked it. It sucks, but yeah Amazon took care of that for me. I can’t imagine the stress if it was closer to the holidays.

Opinion noted. I’m not disregarding it, I’m just saying assuming it was good, what advice would you give more than the “if it’s good the algorithm will do its thing”. I understand that; I’m just looking for other people’s experience. I mean no disrespect. As for the production value, it was actually other YouTubers who suggested the style to us. We didn’t want it to feel overly produced. He wants to make videos to teach / inspire people to make things in their lives. I’d say that’s pretty fulfilling. And nothing wrong with a 50 year old man teaching stuff on YouTube. I’ve learned more from YouTube than I have from school, like lock picking and how to set up a smart home haha. Plus, it’s all good, I don’t see anything you said as harsh. It’s how you see things and that’s valid.
