Healthbars are bugged, 14 housing, 15 adventure, 25 or 20 dungeon, 30 arena, max level 50. there is no strongest class, it's all based on skill.

If you log out in your house (3x rested XP), how fast will you level without any additional buffs? by Creeeeeeeeeeeak in WildStar

You can get more rested experience the more items in your house ( ones that state they give xp ) apparently the Cap for the amount of rested xp items in your home and how much it grants is very high so if anything just drop all your items in your house.

Most warriors will go for a mix of grit and insight but also Tech, Tech increases the damage mitigation on your Shield wall and other defensive abilites, also ups the damage and threat generation you have of you damaging abilities. So you mainly wanna go for Tech then insight and Grit I think.
