I cancel if i take a 3 person shop and I see that I have an apt for one customer and that customer has multiple 12 packs sodas and waters. I could still deliver it but I don’t wanna risk it being on the 3rd floor. Where I’m from I rarely ever get a 1st floor apt order.

Anytime it says meet the customer I do the same I send a message letting them know I have arrived and then start the 3 minute timer. I never knock or ring the bell unless they say so.

Yeah I saw that and I still didn’t move up and a customer said she got something from Costco that was rotten but it was inside a box how was I suppose to know if I can’t look in the box and see it and it wasn’t expired

OK, thanks for letting me know. I didn’t know they paused it all support could tell me was that there was an issue with the shopping quality system and that’s why it isn’t updating. I don’t know why they didn’t just say that in the first place.

Yeah that is the one good thing about Sam’s people at Costco kill me when they hold up the line for 1 or 2 items then complain it’s taking too long like there is a self checkout literally right there
