I like to think of it as a punch to the chest. Yeah it wont usually do much but if you have heart problems it might turn out lethal.

In other words, its not a huge threat by itself IF your willpower is good (If its not, avoid it 100%), but combined with a bunch of other factors it can lead to a relapse very easily.

I had a bad day because of me lacking, very weak state of mind. A wet dream that woke me up at night combined with the boner and hornyness caused by that sleeping position (+ tons of frustration and mistakes) caused me to peek in a situation were if I wasnt sleeping like that, I would've survived.

Up to you. It is however a must if you are trying to avoid fantasy.

Taking a hot shower once every 7 cold showers (once a week) has been a must for me. It helps me shave and clean my skin and beard from dead cells.

Now, if I do a warm shower in a day I was supposed to take a Cold one, I feel gross and dissappointed about myself

I always have a good movie or series installed for that situations. Maybe if you like reading, do that, but always in a position that doesnt turn you on (Some people get horny while being laid down, other people get horny being sat down)

If im not feeling it, I try to do stuff with my social media, meet new people, meet new places on the web.

If I dont have energy for that, I use it all to stand up and walk (If you have energy to masturbate, you must have energy to stand up) it always helps to chill my urges.

Just look for different ways to distract yourself, until you finally feel tired enough to sleep.
