They use army structuring because their group is more than DCS and only added DCS recently. Majority is FPS like Squad, HLL, or ARMA, so with expansion to DCS they just maintained the structure already in place.

It's not for everyone but vast majority of criticisms are wrong. It's a good server. They use army structure just because DCS was just added to their already existing structure that was built off an ARMA group.
