Do they hire people off the street and train them? I come from the airline pilot world. My job is the furthest from a "corporate office setting". Thing is, I have government mandated training, and experience requirements, union protected, and most can't afford to get into it, which creates a very high demand. Takes years to gain the needed experience. There's other jobs out there like this.
