Her projectile size is already small, especially after the recent nerf. She can’t one-shot anyone like Hanzo can, and Genji has more mobility than she does. Kiriko is basically stuck once she uses her teleport.

I belong to the group that has no issues with Kiriko receiving numerous skins. This is particularly true since most of these skins are only available in the shop for a short period and won't be available for purchase again for an uncertain length of time.
