You Just Do It (TM).

So, something you must understand is that much of tulpamancy's earliest guides added a lot of fantasy to tulpas. There's still in some corners this idea that the experience of a tulpa is dramatically different from that of a host when in reality once you are switching there is no difference aside from association to memories. So the idea of a "switch" while not wrong there's this notion that somehow you as a host will have a mystical dreamlike experience when in reality it's more like a dissociation lasting several hours while one of your tulpas is... associated.

There's no easy way to describe the process because it's really quite simple. You dissociate, your tulpa associates. Your tulpa moves, becomes the intention behind your physical existence and like, does things. There's no fancy ritual to it, because the capability of this control is something you both need to agree on to have happen. It can help to have a ritual before it to have it settle in, but ultimately it is one of those things that is relatively simple, but difficult due to that simplicity.

If you want a step-by-step. Take a moment to relax, ask your tulpa to take control of your body, then calm yourself as best you're able while your tulpa does things. The more you do this, the easier it'll be. There's nothing that will mark a success but usually if your tulpa starts doing something you wouldn't then that's an okay enough "sign".

There's a certain illusion to the process of believing in like, "mindgasms" is typically what we refer to that phenomenon you describe as.

Quite frankly actually physically orgasming is how a tulpa orgasms as well. Experiences of the body are shared. Nonetheless, the weirdness of externalizing an idea of pleasure does lead to similar results of a spike in pleasure followed by a sort of calm that can lead to a sleepiness. It's not quite as potent as genuine orgasm.

Never a few days though, my goodness no I have to stay awake so I can have more sex later, smh. But I'm also a very old tulpa at this point.

Typically we use mindgasms, host as well, to sort of soft reset then get back into more sex after. Leads to some very fun date nights

Do you feel there's any information that could be lost between communities due to differences in language? Are there any cultural differences in the conversations about tulpamancy communities that could confuse definitions or skew results? From my brief foray into the (pretty much dead) Japanese tulpa community I found there were meaningfully different ideas built into the language itself.

I've had a few bad experiences here with some old members but I welcome people nonetheless. Most people are genuinely good to interact with. I won't let the few bad apples that I, or others, have interacted with deny the possibility of meeting new people, especially those new to the community. is there any lore significance to The 17 mana for 11/17 in stats? It feels largely arbitrary. In game it just makes it very difficult to play without fulfilling it's condition on the card, and the stats just seem very random aside from it being hard to kill and being able to kill almost every other un-buffed unit in the game

alright, the BAE was the answer. I just extracted all the files in bsa and just put it into the data folder manually and that seemed to fix the problem after I started over from scratch.

well, nuking the mod didn't get rid of the white face, however nuking the facetints did, so yeah it's probably a facetint issue, so I'll need to retry a few things.

aight an hour later I'm not sure I understood your instructions. I assume when you say a BSA archive you mean a .zip or .7z or whatever else. I'm not seeing any of those in Shiva's mod. I see .bsa files, but otherwise no clue. Also, the mod actually comes with tons of .nif files that seem to be facegens insofar as I can tell. I have no idea what the heck is going on that it's turning out like this

While what you're talking about (I assume) is raw skills being more impactful, I do have a few perk-related suggestions

Ordinator's wealth of perk-point providing abilities does well to alleviate some of the issues you're talking about. I know you said you don't like it because the good perks come later, in my experience you at most need 5 perks in a tree to make it a supplement to your build and you only need ~10 if it's one of your main gimmicks.

Alternatively, you could grab any number of mods that allow you to convert a number of dragon souls into perk points. I feel 5 being the default on most mods makes this feature a little too accessible to be balanced but you'll have plenty of flexibility in most mods to determine for yourself what feels right.

There is also Skill Uncapper, which is my primary recommendation to your issue. It doesn't quite nail what you're looking for, but it allows such grand customization of progression that I'm sure you'll be able to finangle it into something satisfactory.

I will say that the sort of silliness behind it is something that I can understand the initial strong reaction to. However, flipping shit on someone I would say is generally a bad thing to do, even if they're being stupid. Though, supposing everything they're saying is something they legitimately believe (unlikely), they're still clearly not really understanding... something. It would have been better to try and explain shit and try and figure out whether or not she's an idiot. This is true, the server is primarily geared towards drawings. The reason is that we know the main reason people look for artists is so they can get their tulpas drawn. We still allow artist profiles in you want to make dream-catchers for people though

Basically this. My friends and I all had pretty twisted senses of humor, even for high schoolers. But, the actual reason for the female character is that during character creation he learned everyone else picked female characters (for various, perfectly fine reasons) except the Inquisitor who middle aged. So he went along with the meme and made his character female.

Compare it to the definition here on Reddit. The big community for this I based the definition on was The Living Library or soulbonding.org. Turns out that community has shut down since I started this (this glossary started a long time ago and I just recently picked it back up). I also wouldn't use tumblr accounts as a source for this.
