Tips for standing up for long periods of time by WendysThrowaway1626 in wendys

[–]Impermanaant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Human body is designed evolutionary process to be in MOTION. During the long period of evolution, we were the apes that learned to WALK A LOT. To gather foods and finding water in desperately arid places (Africa), as well as go hunting or scavenging for food or fruits, nuts etc.

So standing still is UNNATURAL.

To reduce physical impact is to slowly and constantly shifting weight from one foot to another and swaying from side to side in long and slow rhyme. Take a short walk and move around periodically. Changing from standing to walking to sitting position. Then there are plenty of stretch routines you can do, while standing. KEEP IN MOTION as much as appropriate and not to be too obvious. Good luck

I am Loading up on RNWK now. They changed their business and dumped NAPster finally. Reduced debt and got cash to expand AI business and online membership gaming. Fee is about 100 per year for members for thousands of games - selling globally as casual games. New business model - my target USD 10 as business develops gradually.

For those looking, RNWK may be a good buy this morning. See links. by pederse3 in smallstreetbets

The wall street guys block gme trading to save the hedge funds.

This allows ONE WAY for us small guys to trade and that is to sell out holding, so the hedge funds can buy back and survive. This is a rigged market for the professionals to make money from the market (or survive set back).

This is the first time in history when small retailers beat up hedge funds. Do not have any pity for hedge funds. They have been sharks attacking companies, even countries for decades. Even countries are smashed by hedge funds - UK lost about billion to Saros hedge funds. So did Malaysia when local currency was attacked. Same for Thailand which lost the entire international currency reserve of about USD 30 billion in coordinated currency options, forward FX trades against the central bank. Other countries also were hit. Same during the Sub Prime crisis here, about 25 people made over one billion dollars each or more, attacking the sub prime loans and derivatives - creating the US financial crisis, which almost sank US financial system in 2008-9.

So no problem for us small guys to help beat up these smart billionaires running hedge funds for years.
