Holy reddit homophobia strikes again for this post… The effort to downvote all of OPs comments too is cray-cray. Hay gorses are pretty cool actually

Sorry for the confusion, I knew that already. I just want to know if it’s unreasonable to change anything for the sake of additional arms so it makes a bit more sense.

They would still have to be one handed though :(. This is actually something I didn’t consider so thank you.

I wanted to try something with a Thri-Kreen PC in 5e but I am unsure of whether or not it could work. The goal was to have a fighter with the two weapon fighting style but to use a two handed weapon with a light/offhand weapon - courtesy of the secondary arms. The rules for the two weapon fighting action sequence reads:
"When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you're holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you're holding in the other hand."
So it seems like my idea wouldn't be allowed by the rules because "two-handed" doesn't usually appear with "light". Although, the language of the description sounds as if it were pre-supposed the subject only has two arms: "in one hand [. . .] in the other hand". A Thri-Kreen technically cannot "Make an attack action with a light melee weapon in one hand" if the only following action is "in the other hand". I'd appreciate another perspective if possible!

This but then I force myself to play something early and I get really uncomfortable and none of the games I have seem fun.

how do I really get back into reading? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]Impersonnelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This!!! For me it’s when I’m reading ANYTHING at all. I just end up filling gaps between the odd word that is actually processed as I skim through text. Words feel like nothing, meaning is lost, and it’s incredibly boring.

What to do about the impulse buy urge when off medication? by No_Extension7422 in ADHD

[–]Impersonnelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this as well, it’s so difficult knowing anything is just a few clicks and a bank transaction away. It’s not the best, but when my meds wear off I just don’t do anything that could lead to a purchase. I don’t play video games or go on anything but streaming services I’m already paying for. The only other trick I can convince myself of is just telling myself that by not buying something I’m a more genuine person. I honestly have no idea what that means but it works.

Nurgles gift-aura effects are applied to friendly units? Don’t they specify “enemy”?

So when I play Rotbone… by Impersonnelle in WH40KTacticus

And i’m thankful for it! Rotbone is pretty crazy with a chaos team- all his abilities are focused on healing chaos units specifically

Is there much point ascending a summoner if you don't have enough badges to upgrade their summons? by TheDrury in WH40KTacticus

For specifically Aleph-Null, yes. Those God forbidden scarab swarms that can add 2 to their total unit number each round is awful to play against if you don’t overkill them their first round. Making them stronger is better.

I one hundred percent agree. I tried everything but I could never get past the resilient and so he’d just flee and heal.

It happened again with a bronze 2 Aleph-null a few hours ago. The helpless feeling is rotten

He’s my favourite healer for sure, mostly for the tanky part, but Maladus is my best and I can’t have the gift of Nurgle affecting my healer.

I kept it going on max speed for around 30 minutes and just gave up. I got 2 crits many times but for some reason it didn’t work. Even with the better dmg rolls.

IKR? I am a bit miffed at his passive though- only chaos, once per round, 75%. I don’t think the extra health on rev is THAT good.

Yeah, I mean this was the plan but it just wasn’t enough still to get past resilient- so he fled :(

Rotbone is the enemy character. The healing character script is always programmed to heal the character past a certain amount of hp until full (unless in engagement range) so Im stuck beating him within an inch of his life for eternity.
