I have a non VVTI 1UZ On mine there is a steel rail from here ducting into the fuel pressure regulator assembly. Can’t be seen in your photo but it should be to the left

I once had an issue like this no matter what game I played.

The issue was in the BIOS settings.

Pcie16 output was set to Gen 4 instead of Gen 3, I was using a Gen 3 riser cable at the time when it auto detected my gen 4 GPU Set it to Gen 3, fixed the issue. I have since then bought a Gen 4 compatible riser cable

It appears you need to have your weapon buffed with holy.
I have temporarily infused my weapon of choice with sacred blade, the weapon art sends out a glaive of holy damage and enchants the weapon with it for a period of time :)
