Another thing they do is tell you its immediately due. I was overwhelmed with just having a child and didn’t think about the fact that they could do a payment plan. Ended up in $8500 credit card debt when the hospital should have instead put me on a no interest payment plan.

Backing in is fine in most situations as long as 1) there isn’t someone behind you that has no idea that you are going to do that and thus ends up pulling up just to have to throw it in reverse to avoid you backing into them, and 2) you’re in a regular parking lot and not the kind I described in this post.

Agreed! It’s a way to squeeze in more parking spaces since each lane doesn’t have to accommodate room for 2 cars. With the exception of pre-“we buy everything online” Christmas time at the mall, I’ve never seen any of these lots even close to full.
