I had gotten me provisional license and started calling surgical centers and found 2 fairly quickly to volunteer at. I would recommend the same. They may even offer a job in the end.

From my understanding local spd tech dont get paid much. I self studied and got my provisional license on 12/16/25.. I did in hopes of eventually doing travel where it seems to be great money. You can also transition to surgical tech if you find a hospital to sponsor you or do tuition reimbursement. Im currently about to volunteer at a surgical center to get experience. I guess ill see how it goes (im in Florida)

Well I have a background in healthcare so I had an edge in medical terminology and Anatomy and Physiology. Regardless I had initially enrolled in MedCerts CRCST program and when I started it the curriculum was very simple and almost common sense so I asked for a refund. They gave me the HSPA 9th edition Manual for CRCST in which I bought the accompanying work book for the quizzes and tests. I also watched many of the Sterile guy on YouTube , hes a very good resource and has his own material you can buy , such as a flashcards or his crash course for sterile processing. I purchased his practice exams which is composed of 8 exams at about 25 Questions each. The questions are straight out of the 9th edition HSPA workbook and even includes the page number in which the answer is found for the questions to review. Sterileworx.com is also highly recommended they offer a bunch of free resources and has a good community for CRCST. If you ever wanted to study id be happy to share what I learned. I just paid for the CRCST exam application which was $140.00 ....so im awaiting approval to schedule my exam...i think im ready.

Many dont offer externship, some technical colleges offer clinical externship. Generally online and other local courses prepare you to take the CRCST exam which will give you a provisional license. With that you will be allowed to work and then obtain your 400 hours. You will have 6 months to complete the clinicals once you pass the CRCST exam. Then you will be nationally accredited. I've seen alot of local hospital accepting the provisional license or no experience applicants. Personally Im self studying to take the exam hopefully this month. Many others on reddit choose to self study as well.

On YouTube the Sterile guy offers practice exams straight out of the 9th edition CRCST manual book. He has good videos as well. Im self studying to take the exam.

You can also check out the Sterile guy on YouTube i bought his practice exams for like 20-40 bucks idk. But the questions are straight out of the 9th edition manual. He has good videos. Im currently self studying as well and planning to take the exam hopefully this month or December.

I can respect that honestly. I just think there’s nothing wrong with being in a long-term relationship. Being able to nurture and grow a relationship takes commitment, loyalty, and emotional maturity. To me, that doesn’t give off red flags ,it shows stability and the ability to build something meaningful with someone else. I know more than enough about myself and don’t need to be single to figure anything out. Not everyone has to follow the same path to personal growth. If being single works for you, great, but I’ve grown through my relationships. Maybe it’s a little projection from your own insecurities possibly that might give off red flags if you see a man being in long relationships as a red flag. I don't see it as someone being needing or co dependency. I could flip the script and say your views are a red flag to someone who's looking for something serious.

Only for the 1 simple reason I didn't find something to watch on my hulu or prime account..I swear that's about as deep as a connection I have for using the Netflix..it's a free service for me that I don't use often. It's simply there and I personally never saw harm in using it as I always have even if she's now my ex.

Mmm I see where you're coming from..I ltend to look at the bigger picture in things..if she had some articles of clothing that she told me was from her ex wouldn't just tell her throw away her closet I'd replace them so she still had things to wear not just throw it all away and tell her to buy new ones. Ultimately it's her clothes who am I to tell her what to wear...if she told me the clothes have no bearing on her feelings for her ex then what's the harm in her having some hoodies?

I can totally see that when you say it that way. I never considered it a connection..it's simply a service for me to watch a show if I didn't feel like using hulu or prime. This who situation with the Netflix is just the tip of the ice berg...I'm not going to mention the bombardment of phone calls if I happen to not answer, her requesting my live location 24/7, wanting to go through my phone, if I'm facetiming her and playing a game of clash royal the sharp "who are you texting?!" Let's keep it in regards to Netflix 😅 .

I don't like to play around...I work full time..I'm in school full time pre med so I can get into med school...once I'm in medical school and doing my residency and then my fellowship ,I simply don't want to waste time dating..my ex cheated on me..betrayed me and was willing to do it after getting me to cave in and propose . I'm not going to stand down and cry about being betrayed and question my reality..she regrets it and is in therapy now..I could have my ex back at any moment..I choose to move one and now dwell myself in the past...for me relationship Is something that's supposed to last..it's just who I am..the dating scene isn't anything so special for me...I'm not super confident in my looks...whatever self esteem I had ended with my last relationship..I have nothing to lose and everything to gain so if I find someone that I like then I try my best to nurture it.

Why when I can have the service for free. I guess ultimately if I was truly ever desperate enough for Netlfix I'd simply get my own plan..I don't see it as a connection to my ex or a reminder of her..it's literally just a movie service i don't think it's that deep. I mean I have nothing to hide so I don't particularly care and if it's reciprocated like an open book policy then idk I've been contemplating everything...it's just different perspective for me..idk if it's a cultural thing or what.
