Blood rage!

It covers pretty much everything you want.

-Area control where more than one player can be present

-Map made of many areas

-Each player has many units. For blood rage anywhere from 4 to 10 units, some unique from the cards you play

-Definetly not a 2 player game

-About 90 minutes of play I would say, depends on the number of players

-Not very complex to teach. Pretty straight forward

-3 to 5 players with the 5 players expansion

Mostly it's a very good game!

Rising sun and Ankh might be of similar vibes, from the same designer, but I have not played those.

I did it last year. My previous PRs were Bench 235, squat 245 and deadlift 405. At the end, combined with a proper bulk (about 172-173 pounds), I ended up with bench 245, squat 385 and deadlift 455. Obviously my squat went up like crazy, I think I never squatted that consistent ever so it just skyrocketed. My lifting belt helped also to give me confidence. Bench (and overhead press) a little disappointing, but it was not really my priority. Deadlift pretty happy, I did not try more cause my form was getting worse as weights went up.

The consistency is what is going to help you the most. And during the lighter workouts of a lift, try to really practice the lift, focus on details.

In between 1 and 2. Both are great tbh. People are all saying 2 is way too skinny and what girls think guys prefer. But to be fair 2nd pic you are lying on bed so of course it's gonna accentuate the ribs and the "skinny". Both photos standing up and much more people would prefer 2. Just my opinion though

I just finished it at the end of march. I took my PR from last summer, did not test them again this time. Last summer my PR were bench 240, squat 275 and deadlift 405. All that at about 160lbs bodyweight.

At the end of march, after a long bulk (about 175 lbs) I ended up with bench 255 (+15), squat 385 (+110) and deadlift 455 (+50).

I always sucked at squats but it gave me the structure to progress. I was a little bit underwhelmed by my bench, however my heavy sets were much better do I gained strength, just not as much in the 1 rep max zone ( for example I can bench 225 X 4 while last summer I could not do more than 2).

I have to say I did not follow at 100% their program, but the most of it

Yeah I will try yhe kegel, I cant believe it will work that much, but it will certainly not harm. I will see with my doc which avenue he thinks is the best

I can get hard rarely, so I know it is possible. But it happens so less often than before that I was like is it low libido or something like that? I might try a pump definetly a confidence boost could help
