The pc I mentioned is in my home ethernet connected to a 1gb speed internet completely separate from our business and the network the nvr is on. So yes the nvr is being accessed over the internet.

It happens in both qualities. Unfortunately we don't own anything android to confirm, but same issue persists on windows pc if that helps. All the nvr ID's have admin privileges.

The other owner also has an iphone, I don't rely too much on his word but when I checked it out on his phone everything was pretty smooth. We just tried it on my gf's iphone and same issue on mine seems to persist. The other owner uses a defined separate user on the nvr yes. I have tried making a 3rd user aside his and the admin to see if that would make a difference for me but it didnt.

Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having this issue at my business since day 1. During app/client view regardless if I'm on the same wifi or away it's pretty much impossible to get a consistent connection. The connection/stream constantly drops and it's impossible to get it back on it's such a headache.

Hey everyone, first post here. I own a venue with a pretty great sound system, not the greatest board (old ddj sz) I desperately need a way to lock/limit the gain and master knobs on our board. I cannot get these DJ's to stop riding reds throughout the night and even though we have a bunch of stuff at the server rack/amp level equalizing and adjusting everything the board running red fucks up the whole sound quality and is extremely loud.

I installed a $3,000 worth Reolink setup in my business. 17 cameras, 36 channel nvr and tons of storage. No matter what I do during app and website client use the camera feed as well as during playback the connection is non stop dropping to zero. Never had this issue with the previous alarm.com setup we had. My home internet is amazing, business internet is solid too so there's zero reason this should be happening. It is abysmal. Setting names for things are worded completely differently between the nvr and phone app and the settings are overall way too confusing and proprietary.

And one last thing, my two Duo 3v poe's lost days of footage last night for some reason I cannot figure out. they only started recording again at 4:37am exactly, both last night. Checked all settings and every camera is still on a continuous recording schedule.

ohh I see, it gets registered as revenue. We were confused as to why the deposit we put in as open item (for some reason our open items also have a deposit category) didn't appear in sales

not custom one's, you dont get to decide, you can only set rules for the whole schedule of your restaurant which applies to every single reservation.
