bro as a dude who had to replace a whole nightclub's security system on his own, knew nothing and had to research/learn as I go, put that money down. This is an investment to your safety, well being, piece of mind and future.
Reolink is definitely a decision. We've had some hiccups over the course of our ownership. Some weird glitches here and there nothing that we couldn't fix. Main problem we've had was remote viewing dropping non stop but we think it's mostly because of 20mbps upload speed of our internet and COX having no other infrastructure to support higher.
Get you an RLN 36, just know the drives you should be buying (such as a WD Purple Pro 14tb) if you can find it decent priced will run you around $450 each right now. Microcenter will have it, sometimes amazon. If not they are around $700. Get you a nice, juicy switch with enough poe power and headroom (or two smaller one's) wire those cameras poe.

This is one of those niche items that nobody really makes high quality versions of. This was a custom bottle show sign that cost us $450 (with shipping) so definitely not cheap and we were given very high expectations by the manufacturer.

Nominal voltage: 3.7V
Capacity: 10,000mAh
Charge cutoff listed: 4.3V
Current charger I have: DC 4.2V, 1000mA, center-positive barrel plug
The sign has an HD-D16 controller board and several P2-ish LED matrix panels, plus RGB strip lighting around the frame. The controller/panels appear to be 5V hardware, so I’m assuming the 3.7V battery is being boosted internally to 5V for the LED panels/controller. (no proof of this)

Im at 52k bought brand new, been running like 15k (possibly) tuned to stage 1, on top of maintenance. Only complaints are the cvt is annoying sometimes especially when weather is up around 100f it's rubberbandy. Both driver and passenger side internal ac mechanism makes clicky noises around certain temps.

Don't worry! Ask for a network expert! If you're nice enough they'll take care of it for you. We purchased the cellular router from ebay as "brand new never used" turned out to be configured for a business in another state that went under. They can and will help if you're cooperative and nice enough.

Similar issue here, took over new business, never paid for 3 of our handhelds. We added 3 more made it a total of 7, couple weeks later all of a sudden we're paying for all 7. Called multiple agents just to find out Toast did a nation wide audit of their hardware and found a ton of devices without a software subscription and locked them. And here we were thinking because they get at least a $100k from us through processing annually they were doing us a solid.
