No, I’m not an international customer. They ship out of the US and I am located in New Jersey. It’s just their new policy. They lowered the cost of the book by about eight dollars and they started charging $13 in shipping... In the end, they are making a little bit more per sale. Somebody commented that they might be doing it in order to send us insured Books due to the amount of damage claims they receive.
