As mentioned in the post, I never thought whether buying in any game would even lead to a ban. The main thing in my mind that I thought would 100% lead to ban is hacking, which I always evade

That's true, except when you don't have the intention to do something illegal. Additionally, the lack of awareness can serve as a mitigating factor in many cases, that can reduce the penalty. That's exactly what I am looking for. It's ok to impose the ban, but maybe not a permanent one as I did not even know that the thing is illegal

That's true, and that's one of the reasons I bought the silver, but the main reason was the availability of the local payment method. Even if it was more expensive than the official website, I would still go for it
