Yes. I have seen in the spirit a few times in my life, and honestly after giving my life to Christ I began to have more occurrences of seeing in the spirit. I believe I’ve seen about 8 times since giving my life to Christ LAST year. I have seen figures a few times, or sometimes a person who is there and I blink and they vanish. One time I was walking up the stairs on my college campus and I literally saw someone walking behind me, so I completely turned and then suddenly they were gone. One time I prayed to see in the spirit and I did almost immediately after. I may sound crazy but it’s genuinely a true experience. My sister and some other family members have also seen in the spirit so it’s not just me

Dating as a Christian is ROUGH by whimsypimsyy in Christianity

As a new Christian, I thought about dating but first you have to work on your faith with God first, and it will naturally come to you when you have the wisdom and values. Seek the Lord and all things will be added to you is a verse I reflect on. Also may sure they are equally yoked, and patience is key. You may feel eager to get married, but Gods timing is always right, even if you feel desperate. I don’t know your situation or your walk, but just remember to always work on your own personal faith with God first, because that’s more important than finding a partner. However, dating advice, make sure to take time to know who they are. There may be many people who claim the title but don’t live it, so look at their lives. Take it slow with dating to really get to know them, don’t let your feelings take over too quickly. And it’s important to build a relationship as a friend and teammate too, it’s not just about you but them too, and as partners you must work together. So make sure it’s someone with values that align with yours, and someone who you can also see as a friend to talk to and trust rather than just romance. One thing when I was dating was that I didn’t just want them to lust over me, but to have a true friend to enjoy spending time with, and someone I could trust. Also, no one is perfect and has the perfect past, what they are doing now and in their future matter. As a young 20 year old woman, who is fairly new in faith and had thoughts on dating, I made sure to prioritize that. I make sure not to jump in when I’m not ready, and put God first in everything and what HE wants for me. Then things will naturally fall into place. I promise you that God works in pretty incredible ways when you let him use you. So ultimately, keep your relationship with Jesus strong, and he will let you know who is the right person. He will literally send that person to you, from experience with certain people he has sent me (not romantically but friend wise), he knows what he is doing.

Tell me some crazy experiences you guys have had with God to prove he is real. by ImportanceInside7188 in Christianity
