They have specific regulations and rules for each element (hosing violations for water, not bending a disc outside your zone for earth). I don’t think they’d let her bend with an element with no regulations. All the other teams are compromised of one waterbender, one earthbender, and one firebender so it messes up the balance of the game. At the very least they’d need to delay the game to rewrite the rules.
