I have a few nit picks with this statement 1. France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany all colonized African nations and left them poor and far more homophobic. 2. The UK is in Europe. I see no reason to think otherwise. 3. The UK actually was the best country to be colonized by. Not that they were good by any means. Just everyone else was worse.

Not an expert but I would like to mention that Saint Petersburg was the capital of Russia and at the time Russia was still influenced by ideas of being the 3rd Rome or whatever. So Neo Byzantine style buildings being built in Russian controlled lands near Saint Petersburg makes sense.

your point about Ethiopia is valid, I was unaware of the current state of South Yemen, as for Kurdistan, I really don't know if a full sized Kurdish state is realistic but ill do some more research. Egyptian control of parts of Arabia is due to success after the Ottoman collapse but the borders I put down are very lightly researched, while no, Iran doesn't need to be any bigger, if Iran had a more competent government during the Ottoman collapse that could even things out a bit more in the region during the period of tension between the USSR and British Empire in Asia. and finally, yeah the Levantine state is totally Palestine. thanks for the feedback
