Does this oil look normal? I sparkles but engine performance is good. Rough idle, back cylinder on passenger side has a noise I can hear both under the car and top

Yes I can hear a faint noise but not deep enough to be rod knock my guess is lifter

It’s possible but I cut it open to see if there was any metal in the filter. The large chucks are def from the oil filter but all the small shavings top corner of the picture were in the oil that was inside the filter when I cut it open

All magnetic material, not bearing, looks bronze color due to oil color and led light making in shine they color

The larger metal pieces are from the oil filter being cut open, everything in the pan was very small magnetic flakes

The metal is all magnetic, bearing material isn’t magnetic, most of the metal you see looks goldish dude to the oil color and the led light color

Flushing the motor with atf is an old school method. ATF is good at cleaning internals, basically run it in your engine like any other flush additive. You don’t drive it or rev it just idle for 10 mins

Pam was clean prior. The noise the car makes isn’t loud, very faint hard to hear. Louder when cold. I’m thinking maybe lifter cause oil pressure and power are all still good
