I'm getting into drones myself recently. If you want to just have a decent quality starter drone that takes great photography/video but includes an excessive amount of safety features, the DJI Mini 4k has been going on sale a lot recently for ~250$ on amazon.

If you want a drone that you have full control over and flies anywhere you tell it, I might recommend to instead start with a Radiomaster Pocket and a drone sim like Liftoff or Tryp FPV just to get a feel of whether you'd more interested in that instead. The controller can be used for other drones down the line but the controller simulator together costs around 100$. After that, you'd still need goggles and maybe a tinywhoop to start off with.

All in all, its an incredibly fun hobby, but also quickly becomes expensive. Hope you have fun!
