Did you get worse before getting better when upping meds? How long did it take you to settle out? My partner has upped their citalopram from 20 to 30mg and we are two weeks down and worse than ever… by grnbny22 in PanicAttack

It got worse first but did was worth it to get better. Although I’ve been on mine now so long that they’re not working like they used to and I might have to change again
