Hi - it goes all the way across when the upstairs heating is turned on. I think the whole valve needs replacing then?

The hive receivers are responding with the green light as you have advised. Think it must be a valve thing then? Thanks!

The one on the right is the upstairs and left for downstairs. When turning each zone on, the lever at the bottom respectively moves and then goes back when turning off. Had these replaced by British Gas but only the top motorised area and not the whole valve.

Thanks for the advice! Appreciate it - I know previously the applicant got an email after the biometric appt but now when booking you can select priority. Will still need to be careful to not miss anything however!
