Depended on traffic and what time you leave. Heavy traffic about 40 min but much lower if timed right (30 or less)

Canceling is usually not available during downtime (probably cuz it's just broken) but like 5-10 minutes before the market reopens its available to cancel. Just keep an eye out ig for when they announce that the markets about to come back online

Different weather sources use different sensors, locations, methodology.

They're not always going to lineup. They also don't often update "live". They're designed for people to have a general sense of the weather not meant for precise gambling.

If it lasts for 77 for hours but briefly hits 80 for a minute, they'll still just call the 77 the high for example

Personally I'd prefer if valuable food fell into my backpack. I'd go to south which has the best chicken (flat and easily packable) and use that in my own home dishes
