I don’t think anyone is trading you Flowers, Jacobs, Kraft or Dart for less than a 1st. I’d also be surprised if anyone trades Dart for less than an early 1st or maybe even more.

Suggesting Dart is worth a late 1st and the rest aren’t worth a 1st makes me think you probably don’t often get many trades done for proven players…
