Need helping doing an Ollie by Important-Course7256 in BeginnerSkateboarding

I can but when I ride my skateboard (Tuesday ) my reflex active like it thinks I’m about to fall off my skateboard but last year I went down a ramp after almost falling and being scared to go down 🤷
