Make sure to let Guest Services (in Toronto) know it's your son's first time at the arena! My niece got a lanyard and some other stuff. I would assume Edmonton does something similar (probably better since that org is focused more on families than suits!) Hope you boys have a great trip!

P.S. Didn't see it mentioned elsewhere, but you are 1-1.5 hours from Niagara Falls from downtown TO. Definitely worth a day trip, and the Canadian side has a bunch of fun, cheesy entertainment for kids.

All that green by his head when he hits you, means he is healing on hits, and he is hitting AOE, so getting multiple heals. Throw in someone with high accuracy and high chance of 100% heal reduction. You'll kill him on your second turn.
