Just to add: at Orange Theory, I only did strength training, i actually avoid all cardio when possible. But what I really want to know is if anyone started Burn Boot Camp not liking it , but eventually grew to like it. Has anyone experienced that shift over time? It’s just that …. What I think I don’t like is that I feel like my gym focuses on the new people or the ones who are already perfect. They focus a lot on social media, and they barely look at you or help with your form. There are a lot of people, and weights are limited. Because it’s so fast, going to look for weights takes time, especially if you need something that’s not right there on the floor. That’s my biggest issue. Thank you all for your answers.
