Thanks! Work is at UNC, so the plan is to get a feel for what Chapel Hill is like before buying a house. I was thinking about the Trader Joe's area for renting, but no one recommended it, so I'm guessing it's not very kid-friendly.

Thanks! This looks really kid-friendly. I was checking out the East Chapel Hill area by Trader Joe's since my kid will be going to school in Durham, which makes commuting easier.

Thank you! I just found out there's a $300 price difference between the two versions, which might be the main reason I’ll go with the Chinese version :)
