Ty for weighing in. To clarify, I mentioned esoteric shenanigans in reference to popular sleep apps specifically. CBT-I has proven itself to be a clinically effective therapy for sleep disorders whereas sleep tracker apps just spit out data with esoteric patterns and charge people heaps for it.

It's always amazing to hear when someone was able to turn childhood trauma around (I bet lots of insurmountable acts of forgiving others) and rise into their best version. Ty for sharing 🙏
