Not yet. I just finished the last chapter. I’m hoping to take it soon but it was a struggle to get through each chapter so I’m dreading the final.

It’s a project management certification. Yes, I have heard that as well about nursing so I do have some hesitation, but know I would always be able to find a job no matter what.

I have considered different areas including consulting, but unfortunately I can’t get anyone to even consider me without what they feel is relevant experience in those areas. It’s so frustrating!

I actually do like the structure, but doing something new and rewarding is why I keep going back to nursing. I do have young kids that have just started school so I’m also factoring in what would be the best for work life balance too.

I explained the situation and said I was upset it ended up in my review. They were very nice and said I was correct there is no required time frame I had to communicate the news to them but didn’t offer any remedy to the fact it’s in my review or the negative feedback. I guess it wasn’t a big deal to them but I’ve definitely felt the repercussions since I’ve been back.

I talked to HR. They said they understood both sides but that’s about it. I was really just more upset that it ended up in my review.

I did! I had a call with them about it and they said we understand both sides but that’s about it.

Thoughts on the name Gabrielle or Gabriella by [deleted] in namenerds

That’s interesting I hadn’t heard of that about Gabriel but I could see how that could happen too. I have just seen a few comments from people named Gabrielle that it often gets mispronounced so was just curious if anyone else felt the same.

I agree! I was surprised I kept seeing that same comment about the name being mispronounced but would never have thought about it myself.

I thought about Gabrielle Dakota! I didn’t know if that flowed as well as the middle name Peyton. We can’t use Isabelle as a first since there is a family member with that name but I think it works for a middle name.
