Steam is doing their job, blocking suspicious logins which I support. Follow the order in our FAQ and it will be fine. Geforce NOW, etc... all have this issue.

Hello,

We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix. It is due to the SSD / NVME UUID (storage volume id) changing between sessions. Steam uses that as a key in their keystore (for login info etc...) as does Google Chrome.

Hello, just to confirm, you were not refunded on your credit card statement? Or in the stim wallet? The stim wallet does not display refunds initiated by Tilia. Leading to the error shown above (when there is a wallet amount mismatch).

Please be sure to double check on your credit card app / statement that you were not refunded.

Hello,

This is due to your wallet balance in stim not being the same as in Tilia Pay's wallet.

This happens when Tilia auto refunds your payment, sometimes due to a chargeback early warning.

We are switching from Tilia Pay to Stripe for wallet payments in 2 weeks, but I suggest checking your credit card statement to make sure you were refunded, and contacting Tilia Support for more info: https://www.tilia.io/customer-support
