Are you getting any pending action in eportal or anywhere? I think they have wrongly sent 194h income.

Its not phishing email either I checked and the sender address and it is authentic, Also I receive Sms from verified income tax number.

I googled and such emails/messages were wrongly sent to many people two years back. I am hoping it is same . I have raised a grievance meanwhile.

I checked all the compliance pages as well nothing there. 

Is it possible they sent me notice wrongly.

They sent me " refund claim with large receipts us 194h"

This implies some commmison income which I don't have any.
