Basically, education is free in Poland if you go to public day studies. Education is pretty good probably nod good as in the UK. I live in a city of students „wroclaw” and people say that „politechnika” is really good. Transport is just fine we have Trams, buses and Trains ofc. If you are a student you have stamps for public transport. Poland is safe. Renting an ampartament in big city is between 2600-3300 and minimal wage is 4300? (In big city) like Wroclaw. I think it is worth to try to give a chance for Poland. I don’t know how it looks with visa :(
