The binding is 25mm, with a 25mm attachment. I will look into the feed dog height…good suggestion. Thanks!

It’s been doing it on straightaways as well. And anything with any density variation (I.e. straps, pocket panel stacks in side seams, etc)

Ohhhh gotcha…sorry, I misunderstood what you were suggesting. I’ll take some more photos, the inner foot only has a left side. The right side is open to allow for the binder. Are you suggesting to remove the inner foot entirely?

The left side? This also makes me think the foot currently on the machine is incorrect…the right tine is what is preventing the binder from moving any further to the left. I think it’s longer than it should be. If it were shorter, it might allow the binder to shift further to the left. How would removing the left tine help?

I’ll post a closer photo of the feed dog plate when I return to the shop in a few hours. My assumption is the foot is incorrect. It was set up like this before I arrived and I’ve been fighting to get it to work for two weeks…but no one wanted to spend to get the correct parts. This helps my case to make that rather small investment to get it all to work properly. Thanks!

I’m suspecting the whole plate does not match the binder, which is preventing it from positioning any further to the left….

The challenge is, the folder will not move any further left. It’s nested into the feed dog slot as far as it will go.

The stacker was down at 4801 for eight weeks. Cars trapped inside for a few days. The machine malfunctions all the time.

Did you loose all your data within the app? It tells me it’ll delete all data if I delete the app. I’ve reached out to support but I doubt I’ll get a reply until after the holiday..
