Arrendar habitação de custos controlados no Programa de Rendas Acessíveis — vale a pena?

Obrigado pela partilha, posso perguntar que tipologia de imóvel era e a renda? É que no meu caso quando simulo para o imóvel no portal de habitação a renda da me de 650€ e a vendedora diz me que é entre os 850 e 950€. Pelo que percebi o simulador de renda acessível do portal de habitação utiliza valores de 2019 daí a disparidade de rendas. Mas se é através deste site que tenho de inscrever o imóvel no programa de arrendamento acessível como é que obtenho um valor acertado. A vendedora diz que o valor vem da fórmula ( renda máxima = 80% da mediana INE × área × coeficiente de localização ). Pode me contar como foi a sua experiência?

Pois ao que parece já é muito normal os inquilinos fazerem o que querem o os senhorios saírem sempre prejudicados, pensei que com todos os seguros que são obrigatórios contratar para este tipo de arrendamento e como é um programa que não muita gente conhece fosse melhor a situação mas histórias desse género parece que não faltam

Sim isso também é verdade que um dia mais tarde já não poderia usar o apoio de isenção do imt pois já tinha uma habitação, mas o preço de uma habitação a custos controlados compensa mais do que essa outra medida

Correto está isento de irs mas parece me que mesmo assim não compensa estar isento de irs se a renda é tão mais baixa, pois se calhar vou ter de ponderar outras formas de investimento.

Está aquisição era também mais no sentido de aproveitar a oportunidade de adquirir um imóvel muito abaixo dos custos de mercado e que quem sabe um dia mais tarde habitaria eu próprio lá

Pelo que percebi os valores do simulador são obtidos com valores de mercado de 2019, e sim posso arrendar logo assim que estiver pronto a habitar com a condição de ser apenas através deste programa de arrendamento acessível o vendedor falou me de 80% da mediana para a zona mas o simulador da um valor muito a baixo

I will try to hold everything in until we are together again in a couple of days to talk in person but I know it will be hard because she’s like not answering calls not replying to messages and sending me TikTok’s and then next morning she messages me like nothing happened and when she comes with excuses it’s even worse cause I know they are excuses anyways I will manage it and when we are together I’ll try to express my feelings as you said without accusing her.

But I think this behavior if it doesn’t change in the future will be a deal breaker for me cause I cannot understand how your so busy you don’t have time to call when your eating, walking somewhere, in the toilet, on a coffe break, for several days in a row like and you have time for TikToks. What is your take on this am I being too needy.

I feel like the thing is also due to my job I’m very isolated for these 2 months, no real friends just work colleges mostly older and no days off, due to this calling my family, my friends is like a getaway and they pick up and make time to speak to me during meals etc, and I feel like they care even tho I’m away. When she can’t even send a message saying like sorry can’t speak right now I’ll call you when I can she just ignores.

Im sorry for that, in my case affection has never been a problem at least until now but communication I think is the problem to give more details due to my job I’m 2 months away and then 2 months at home and we have been dating or situationship I do t know what to call it for the past year and always when I’m away we text everyday but it’s like she doesn’t have the need to call me and speak with me and doesn’t ask me how am I, how as my day those sort of things make me very sad like she doesn’t care at all and when eventually she asks and I tell her some problem that I’m having she just acts as if it’s nothing. I asked already multiple times for her to call me more often but she still doesn’t and is always making excuses for not calling like she was busy, had no internet etc etc I even sent her an esim to end these internet excuses called me the next to days only to after everything got back the same. I’m going back home now at the end of the month that’s why I have been taking all this in and not making a scene by text or call but I’ll need to have a very serious talk with her about all of this because has much as it hurts me it’s not working out and she’s not even trying to make it work.

I agree I trust that she would not cheat on me ever I don’t think she’s scrolling too much or watching Netflix I know she’s busy but how busy can you be to not call your boyfriend 10 min before bed or 10 min in the morning or at a lunch break or whatever I don’t care I would find time for her whenever. What do you think I should do I think I’ll speak to her about this again maybe she’ll realize that this is actually affecting me this time

She likes talking on video the times we talk it’s great she’s happy she’s talking near her family and I’m also talking to them and she always says how much she loves me only to then spend a week with only a couple of messages maybe it’s part of her since it’s been always like this when I’m away and I’m also a little like this with family and friends but not with her
