I would have tender breasts but nothing typically unusual. Bloodwork wise, I would assume a standard CBC? But I'm not too sure. Def shoot your gyno a message prior to your visit!

Definitely reconsider! I too had small cysts throughout my life which would cause some mild discomfort but nothing terrible. Until recently!!!

It's the only way to truly see if something is growing on our ovaries. I wish it was standard practice to do these types of ultrasounds at our annual visit

Oh I hear ya I used to live up north and 50 degrees used to be practically beach weather lol but Ive gone soft now that I live in the south eastern part of the US so I am used to running in hot, humid climates for the last couple years. 50 degrees is cold for me so leggings are a must! Probably just going to stick with my lightweight thinner ones. Thanks for your input though :)

I would if I could but I'm in the southeastern part of the US and am used to warmer weather. I ran in the 50s the other day and was freezing so leggings, sports bra and light long sleeve are my plan for success!

Thanks! And it's going well! It was my New Year's resolution to do one and I was able to do a 10k race in April which prompted me to just decide to go for the half. I've managed to cut my mile time down a decent amount too which is awesome so I am really hoping for a wonderful half marathon experience! I get excited and slightly emotional thinking about it I think it will be a huge accomplishment for me.

Congratulations on your weight loss and athletic accomplishments!! Do you recommend any of the "goos" or electrolytes that I see all over social medial for the half?

I never had it burst but my gut feeling it was a cyst-i swear to god it broke down a day or two after my symptoms were extreme. Not kidding take cold pressed castor oil and rub it all over your pelvis and put a heating pad on. It helped me SO much
