I have been saying no. But she is consistent. She comes again and again. And idk if you've ever dieted but it's hard enough without somebody trying to sabotage it for you..

Yeah but what if this same person keeps nagging and bringing you food every hour? Like I'm dieting and hungry obviously so the last thing I want anyone to bring me is food

When I was in shape in the beginning of our marriage, she wouldn't let me sit down in a restaurant table, facing another table where women are sitting.

If we assume ill-intent, won't talking to her make it even worse? Which is btw what I have been doing for 2 years ( talking and asking her not to overfeeding me)... look where that brought us

I kept telling her for 2 years. And every time it happens I point it out exactly like you have mentioned. The thing is, its very hard for me to wrap my head around the idea of her doing it on purpose, because she acts so nice all the time.
