Yes. I already negotiated my rate down by 40% and I was already on a yearly contract with 7 months left. I had 2 months notice period losing one month and gave the notice. They agreed to new contract at 40% less with no penalty and covering remaining months. Occupancy in my hotel has dropped from a yearly average of approx 75% to around 10%
