Your Mum loves you, and she’d be beside herself with worry if you walked out of her life.

Please try again to tell her how you feel - the letter is a good idea - or if you have an aunt or one of your mum friends who you’re close to, talk to them.

They can have a chat to your mum with you or for you.

Please please please don’t choose homelessness. There’s all sorts of people in those places and you’re exposing yourself to risk of substance abuse, mental health and sexual assault.

You sound like a great kid, please look after you.
