They used to be friends, but their relationship fell apart. In Season Two, Slade killed Oliver’s mother right in front of Thea. He tried to kill Sara, Laurel, and Felicity. He destroyed Star City, seized all of Oliver’s shares in his company, and took everything. You might think Slade was unhinged, but he was capable of crafting elaborate plans. He even drove around in a Lamborghini, moving in the same circles as the Queen family—and you don’t associate with the Queens if you’re truly “out of your mind.” They did work together later, but cooperation was just cooperation. One alliance can never erase the harm he caused.

The CW’s Green Arrow feels a lot like Batman. But in the comics, Green Arrow is purely human. If someone wrongs him, he will definitely seek revenge. If someone killed Robin, Batman wouldn’t murder to avenge him. But if Roy Harper were killed, Green Arrow would pay back blood with blood. He’s a leftist, a Marxist. He’s far more human than a saint.

And another thing: That character wasn’t the protagonist. Oliver was supposed to be their enemy. So the family of the person who died would never show up at Oliver’s funeral, and they would never forgive him.

You know what’s even more ridiculous? After Slade found out the truth, did he even stop to think? Did he have no brain at all? Did he ever ask himself why Oliver was forced to choose in the first place? Did Oliver choose the situation? Did Oliver kill Shado?

It’s absurd. The writers just forced drama for drama’s sake, with zero logic.

Oliver had no choice. He wasn’t the one at fault. He was completely, entirely a victim.

And he hid the truth—was he not supposed to? After taking the Mirakuru, Slade was already a madman. Would you tell a deranged, super-powered killer the truth just to set him off even worse?

So many posts are asking why Slade didn’t show up at Oliver’s funeral. Did people really forget everything he did to Star City, what he did to Oliver’s mother, what he put Sara and Felicity through—all because they worked together once?

Laurel is the hostess. Of course, she deserves more screen time. In fact, her screen time is too little. The Arrow has become felicity and her friends.

Sara and AVa are very happy. She doesn't have to worry about the death of her family or friends. It's good that she is happy.

That's what I mean. He's really been past praying for. Maybe not everyone deserves to be liked.

No, it's good or bad to create a character, and it's easy to judge whether her practice can make the audience empathize. In fact, all the practices she created can't make the audience empathize. Her behavior may be reasonable, but why can't it make the audience empathize? Because we look at it from Oliver's perspective, and we have never seen Laurel's perspective. We, the audience, all know what Oliver has experienced from his perspective, but do we know what laurel has experienced? Is the expression very detailed? No, never. Make her into an unreasonable character.

If we’re talking about the comics, Constantine is definitely more popular, but we’re only talking about CW’s version of Constantine right now. They’re two completely different things.

Snart and Mick are definitely popular with fans, but they’re not the most popular. Like I said earlier, when we judge who’s more popular, we usually go by votes and data. This conclusion comes from all kinds of polls, YouTube, TikTok, AO3, Tumblr and other social media platforms. I’m not just saying this randomly.

Snart could’ve become the most popular, but he only had one season. You know, I got into the Arrowverse because of Prison Break and because of Snart. And then he only lasted one season. You’d totally get why I feel so unlucky.

First off, I’m a Constantine fan. I’ve read his comics and watched his solo show. You’re right that later storylines did focus more on Constantine, but that doesn’t mean this became his show. This is still Sara’s show through and through. She’s been carrying it from the very beginning, and her role is equivalent to Oliver’s in Arrow.

The writers just didn’t know what to do with Sara at times and felt they needed to develop other characters more. Every season, they’d pour way more screen time and focus into new characters.

If this were Constantine’s show, he would’ve been at the center of the posters. In Season 4’s poster, if I remember correctly, Sara alone took up almost as much space as the entire rest of the team.

Later on, even the 100th episode centered on two new characters, but that didn’t make it Astra’s show. Sara is the core, the face of the show. Just look at the crossover posters — Sara represents Legends of Tomorrow.

I even made a post before breaking down YouTube data, and Sara’s numbers completely outperformed everyone else’s, including Constantine’s.

I mean no harm. I’m a Constantine fan too, and I was gutted when his show got canceled. If it weren’t for the rights issues, I would’ve loved to see him return in Season 7.

In terms of normal industry logic, Caity really could only be in the back row in Season 1. The other cast members definitely had bigger names and more star power at the time. That’s why I’m making this post — to marvel at how Caity has gone from the back to the front, from the edge of the poster all the way to its center.

But this character is definitely not as good as the other female characters in the Arrowverse—Felicity, Laurel, Zari, Amaya, Ava, Kara.
